Breaking Ground on Sackville

After months of careful design, planning, and preparation, construction is officially underway on our Sackville project. This pair of modern homes sits within a tightly held heritage suburb—surrounded by villas, framed by mature trees, and shaped by a very local sense of identity. From day one, our goal has been to create something that feels at home in this setting while offering the performance, comfort, and clarity of a contemporary build. Now, as the first foundations are poured, that vision begins to take shape.

From Paper to Place

It’s always a milestone moment to move from drawings and renders to something tangible. For us, this stage is where the real rhythm of the project begins—collaboration between builder, architect, and client intensifies, and every decision matters just a little more. We’ve worked closely with the construction team to ensure the original intent holds strong on site. Proportion, light, materiality—this is where those ideas meet real-world conditions. And as always, we’re keeping the emphasis on buildability without losing design clarity.
