Framing the Future

Construction is in full swing at our Sackville project — and it’s a good moment to pause and take stock. With the foundations poured, frames beginning to stand proud, and the roof not too far away, the home’s form is finally stepping off the page and into the light. Check out the drone footage below from earlier in the process!

There’s something special about this stage. The spaces we’ve drawn, refined, and imagined for months suddenly exist — rooms with real height, openings that catch the morning sun, and sightlines that start to make sense of the site’s rhythm. You can walk through what was once just a plan, and feel how it connects to the garden, the street, and the sky.

The next few weeks will see the roof completed and the envelope closing in — a big milestone that shifts the site from open construction to the beginnings of a home. From here, attention turns inward: windows, cladding, and interior finishes that will give Sackville its calm, crafted character. Sackville continues Repose’s focus on spaces that are both thoughtful and enduring — homes designed to live well, age well, and feel good to be in. Stay tuned as we move inside!
